Cutino Bros Engineering (Pty) Ltd was established in 1984 by its current managing directors and moved to its present site in 1990. The company supplies precision machining workshop services and steel fabrications within the paper & packaging, offshore oil, marine and general construction and manufacturing related industries. The machining services are specially performed to fine tolerances and welding is performed to certified and approved specifications to suit the industrial requirements for these applications. All dimensions are inspected and NDT's (Nondestructive Testing) are performed to prove the quality and conformity of the product. Cutino Bros Engineering (pty) ltd numbers many satisfied customers in the mechanical, marine, industrial, mining and civil engineering disciplines within South Africa and abroad. We have a fully equipped work shop enabling us to carry out virtually any manufacture or repair operation in-house complete with an up-to-date machine shop comprising of 1400mm diameter swing x 8000mm between centers lathe, C.N.C turning, C.N.C milling 4000 x 3000 x 1500mm and the latest in cad-cam machining. We also offer fabrication facilities with MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), 25 ton lifting capacity overhead gantry crane with 8.5m below the hook. This enables us to either fabricate from new or carry out high standard repairs or refurbishment. We are able to work with stainless steel, aluminium and all ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We are also able to offer on-site services carried out by highly trained personnel such as in-situ machining of shafts and bores, general fitting, welding and installations.
